The launch of a new north-west Sydney office will see its principal leverage the brand’s backing, tools, and industry connections to grow the business and enhance client outcomes.

One Agency Randhawa Property Group has opened in Sydney’s north-west to service Quakers Hill, Nirimba Fields and surrounds, led by director and selling principal, Gagan Randhawa.

According to the network, Randhawa will specialise in residential sales, house-and-land packages, and off-the-plan opportunities, while helping clients make informed property decisions.

Before transitioning into real estate, Randhawa had a career in facilities management, working with several global property firms to manage large-scale assets.

Having developed skills in property operations, client relationship management, and professional service delivery, Randhawa said his experience gave him a strong foundation for real estate.

“I have always believed in providing honest advice, personalised service and making the property journey as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients,” he said.

One Agency founder and CEO, Paul Davies, said Randhawa’s broader industry perspective, combined with a commitment to trust, service, and local relationships, would be a valuable asset to the network.

According to Davies, the network’s model was designed for business owners who wanted the freedom to build their own independent agency while still benefiting from the strength and recognition of an established brand.

Randhawa said the backing of a larger network would enable him to provide a more personal and client-focused service.

“I also value the access to all the tools and templates I need, plus a network of like-minded professionals that help me stay focused on delivering the best possible service to my clients.”

According to Randhawa, the local property market continued to see strong demand from families, first home buyers, and investors, particularly for quality homes, house and land packages and newly completed properties.

“We are also seeing increasing interest from buyers seeking larger homes and communities that offer long-term lifestyle and growth potential.”

Given that every suburb and property type required its own strategy, Randhawa said he intended to deliver a tailored approach by using his local knowledge and providing clear guidance.

Beyond real estate, One Agency said Randhawa and his team supported local charities and initiatives, volunteering and contributing to community programs.

Randhawa said that, as a family-run business, the agency’s involvement in community initiatives aligned closely with his approach to business.

“Our goal is to build strong, connected relationships and make a positive impact beyond property transactions.”
