A seasoned head of property management has made her return to Jellis Craig to help shape clients’ portfolios and strengthen performance in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Jellis Craig has appointed Alicia Lecky as head of property management at its Boroondara office, in Melbourne’s east, bringing over 25 years’ experience in real estate.

Lecky has returned to the network after initially starting her career with Jellis Craig in 2002, before transitioning into senior leadership roles with other companies.

She said she was drawn to the company as it had invested in the frameworks and technology that enabled teams to perform at their best, while delivering quality service to clients.

“The prestige portfolio, the calibre of the team and the strength of the Jellis Craig brand create an exceptional platform for continued growth in the Boroondara area,” Lecky said.

According to Jellis Craig, Lecky had experience driving operational transformation, leading large-scale property management teams and implementing scalable systems across businesses.

She formerly led Performance Property’s national operations and LongView’s property management sector, focusing on portfolio performance, compliance, revenue growth and client experience.

Jellis Craig Boroondara managing director, Steven Abbott, said Lecky was a leader with a history of building efficient teams and driving operational excellence.

“We’re always looking to further strengthen our team across key areas of Boroondara,” Abbott concluded.
