A real estate professional has taken the next step in his career, becoming a DiJones licensee after 17 years with the network.
DiJones has announced that Chatswood sales agent, Adam Wong, has become a licensee after growing his career with the company for 17 years, becoming regarded for his leadership skills.
According to the network, Wong is a trusted professional across the Lower North Shore, building a reputation for his client service, consistent results, and local knowledge.
Wong said DiJones had created an environment where professionals were encouraged to grow, challenge themselves, and contribute to the industry in a meaningful way.
“Becoming a licensee feels like the natural next step, and I’m excited about what we can achieve together in this next chapter,” he said.
Wong said he intended to continue helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest decisions while building a business centred on relationships, integrity and long-term success.
"Real estate has always been about people. Every property has a story, and every client deserves genuine advice, transparency, and someone who is invested in achieving the best possible outcome,” he said.
“That’s the culture I want to continue building with my team."
Chief executive officer, Dean Mackie, said Wong’s appointment reflected DiJones’ commitment to recognising and developing talented professionals from within the business.
He said Wong had become known for his professionalism and sense of duty to his clients, colleagues and community.
"What makes this appointment particularly special is that it has been built over many years of shared experience, trust and growth,” Mackie said.
“We are passionate about creating pathways for talented people to build long-term careers with DiJones, and Adam’s journey is a wonderful example of what’s possible."
Chief operating officer, Brent May, said that Wong had continually demonstrated the qualities of a good leader, reflecting the business’s philosophy.
“He’s someone who leads with humility, earns the trust of those around him and consistently puts people first,” May said.
"At DiJones, we believe great businesses are built by empowering great people. Adam has earned this opportunity through years of dedication, and we’re incredibly proud to see him take this next step.”
