Harcourts has strengthened its presence in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, rebranding a boutique agency anchored by more than three decades of local experience.

The network has opened a new office in Maroubra, trading as Harcourts Wentworth Partners, spearheaded by George and Aishah Savva.

Having operated the business in the Eastern Suburbs since 1990, Aishah Savva said the office would continue to leverage existing connections in the area.

“Harcourts Wentworth Partners is a new brand, but we are not a new business,” she said.

“George and I have operated together in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for over 30 years, building our business on long-term client relationships, local knowledge, and professional service.”

In addition to residential and commercial sales, the new office will also manage a rent roll of more than 600 properties.

George Savva said they had felt drawn to the network by its leadership, support systems, and commitment to strategic expansion.

“When we decided our business required a strong, industry-leading brand to support its next chapter, Harcourts was the clear choice,” he said.

Harcourts NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said that the addition of the established business would provide a valuable foothold for the network in Sydney’s property market.

“Their deep-rooted local expertise and dedication to professional excellence make them a natural fit for Harcourts as we continue to strengthen our presence across Sydney," McCulloch said.

The latest move forms part of the network’s expansion push, having recently launched offices in Western Sydney and Tasmania’s north-west.
