A new principal will take the reins of a Century 21 office in Adelaide’s north, in a strategic succession after 45 years of family ownership and operation.
Century 21 Property People has announced the appointment of long-time staff member Andy Bui as principal at its Salisbury office, in Adelaide’s north.
Bui has lived in the northern suburbs his whole life and worked in the area for 17 years.
The network said his bilingual Vietnamese skills, and background in sales and project marketing, would ensure a smooth leadership transition.
In his new role, Bui said he will continue building on the agency’s momentum in Adelaide, as well as the network’s global brand presence.
The move follows over 45 years of ownership and operation by Greg and Holly Nybo, as Greg enters semi-retirement.
Greg Nybo joined the network in 1989, building a legacy where he earned several real estate awards and served as the past president of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA).
He will remain a key part of the team, transitioning into the role of business development manager and brand ambassador, while his wife, Holly, will continue as administration support and brand ambassador.
Bui said he was prepared to continue building on the work of the couple and the presence they built in the region.
Century 21 Australasia chairman and CEO, Charles Tarbey, said there had been an official function held to launch Century 21 Property People under Bui’s new ownership.
“Congratulations to Greg Nybo and Holly Nybo on building such an outstanding business, and in mentoring Andy over 17 years,” Tarbey said.
“This is one of the best succession strategies I have seen.”
