A new office has opened on Melbourne’s southern bayside corridor, building on Belle Property’s presence in the region to broaden the network’s buyer reach.

Belle Property has announced the opening of its newest office in Seaford, south-east of Melbourne, joining its Mornington and Mount Eliza businesses.

The new office marks the third office for principals Brett Trebilcock and Bill Joycey, and will service Seaford, Frankston, Frankston South, Carrum Downs, and Langwarrin.

Newcomers, general manager and partner, Erin Winch, head of property management and partner Alistair Shearer, and sales agent and Partner, Billy Dhandwar, will be joining the leadership team.

Belle said the group brought solid industry experience, deep local market knowledge, and a shared commitment to delivering outcomes.

According to Belle Property head of Victoria, Anthony Webb, the Mornington and Mount Eliza teams had built a business founded on professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to clients.

“Their expansion into Seaford reflects both the strength of their leadership and the opportunities across one of Victoria’s most dynamic Bayside growth corridors,” he said.

Trebilcock said the expansion was a natural evolution for the business, presenting numerous new opportunities.

“Clients will benefit from an integrated network spanning Mornington, Mount Eliza, and Seaford, providing broader buyer reach, greater market exposure, and the strength of one of Australia’s leading boutique real estate brands,” he said.

Winch added that the expansion reflected the strength of the team and would enable it to deliver a broader buyer reach.

“By bringing together the strengths of our three offices, we’re able to deliver broader buyer reach, shared local expertise, and an integrated approach that creates even greater opportunities for our clients,” she said.

Meanwhile, Shearer said the move also supported the group’s property management offering across Melbourne’s south-east, in its bid to deliver personalised and local service.

“Seaford and the surrounding suburbs continue to attract strong interest from both renters and investors,” he said.

“We are delighted to support the team as they continue to grow the Belle Property brand across Victoria.”
