An industry veteran will lead a Belle Property academy to coach and train agents and business owners, in a bid to support professional development.
Belle Property, Hockingstuart and Acton | Belle Property has announced the appointment of seasoned real estate leader, Scott Dolce, as academy manager, trainer, and coach.
After working in the industry for almost two decades, Dolce has experience in sales, property management, business development management (BDM), leadership, and business ownership.
In the new role, he will lead the network’s Academy, equipping agents, business owners, and property management professionals with skills, confidence, and strategic direction.
Dolce will help both emerging and experienced professionals navigate the changing real estate landscape and build sustainable, successful careers.
Additionally, he will also work alongside The Academy team to further strengthen its national offering as the network continues to grow.
Dolce said he had been fortunate to work across most areas within the industry throughout his career and wanted to use his expertise to help others.
“At this stage of my career, I genuinely believe it’s my time to give back to the industry by helping other people grow.”
After stepping away from agency ownership and completing a Bachelor of Business, Scott moved into the proptech sector, where he gained experience in technology, product development, and customer strategy.
Dolce said his decision to join the network was solidified after meeting Belle Property, Hockingstuart, Acton | Belle Property CEO, Nick Boyd.
“It was his understanding of where the market is heading, his approach to leadership and technology, and his vision for the future of the business that stood out.”
“As the industry changes, it’s important to align yourself with an organisation that’s prepared to evolve and invest in its people.”
Dolce said today’s market presented numerous opportunities for property professionals to grow their market share and develop skills to handle various conditions.
“Strong markets can often hide weaknesses. Tough markets reward discipline.”
“There is a huge opportunity right now for agents and business owners who are prepared to improve their skills, strengthen their processes and focus on consistent execution.”
Beyond the technical training aspect, Belle said Dolce’s passions were also in building resilience and supporting the mental wellbeing of real estate professionals.
According to Dolce, real estate was a mental game just as much as anything else, and professionals needed practical frameworks, accountability and confidence.
“Sometimes they simply need someone to remind them to keep going because every challenge eventually passes.”
“If we can help people become better professionals while also building rewarding, long-term careers, then we’ve done our job.”
According to Boyd, Dolce brought a combination of practical industry experience, business leadership and a genuine passion for developing people.
“[His] breadth of experience makes him uniquely placed to coach and develop our people.”
Boyd also said the decision to appoint Scott in the new role showed the network’s ongoing investment in education and professional growth.
“Scott’s appointment is another investment in that philosophy and reflects our commitment to equipping our network with the knowledge, skills and leadership needed to succeed, regardless of market conditions.”
When newcomers enter real estate, Dolce said they should have the coaching, structure, and support to build a successful business.
“That’s what excites me most about this opportunity.”
