A seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience will bet on her local connections to service Brisbane’s north, following her appointment with Place.

Veteran professional Lee Warren has joined Place Newmarket as lead agent, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.

According to Place, Warren brought industry knowledge, strong community connections, and a track record across Upper Kedron, Ferny Grove and Brisbane’s north-west.

Throughout her real estate career, she has worked across administration, project marketing and sales.

Before she officially entered sales, Warren found that she enjoyed developing relationships, reflecting that she was creating her future client base.

"Once my boys were at school and I’d become part of the community, I realised I had everything I needed to take the leap,” she said.

"Real estate is about people. It’s about communication, trust, and genuinely wanting to help someone through one of the biggest decisions they’ll make."

Warren stressed the importance of approaching campaigns from different angles and being hands-on throughout the entire process.

“I attend every open home, speak directly with buyers and stay involved from start to finish,” she said.

Place Newmarket principal, Matthew Jabs, said Warren was an ideal fit for the business, after seeing her professionalism firsthand while representing a buyer purchasing one of her properties earlier this year.

"She was organised, communicated brilliantly, and made sure everyone involved felt informed and respected throughout the process. Those are exactly the qualities we value at Place Newmarket," he said.

"She delivers outstanding results, but just as importantly, she delivers an outstanding experience.”

Warren said joining Place was the natural next step, as she wanted to align herself with a business that shared the same commitment to delivering quality service for clients.

"The culture, leadership, and support stood out immediately, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.”
