A new Century 21 office will service a market in South-East Queensland, led by two real estate professionals marking their return to the network.

Century 21 has announced the opening of a new office to service Queensland’s Gympie region and surrounds, headed by lead principals Chantelle Walker and Derek Seth.

The pair, who each have eight years of experience in the industry, have both marked their return to the brand, with Seth initially joining in 2018, followed by Walker in 2019.

According to the network, both brought solid track records, local knowledge, and negotiation skills, having facilitated hundreds of successful property sales and secured multiple property record results.

At the new office, the pair said they looked forward to achieving future growth, noting that from day one they had felt real support from the community.

Century 21 said Seth and Walker achieved Rookie of the Year honours in 2019 and 2020 respectively, and were recognised with the brand’s Centurion award multiple times, alongside numerous sales accolades.

According to Century 21 Australasia chairman Charles Tarbey, the pair’s return will be valuable for the network due to their experience and skillset.

The network said its philosophy was about keeping the focus on people, relationships, and helping clients make some of life’s biggest decisions with confidence

“By combining local expertise with the strength of one of the world’s most recognised real estate brands, Century 21 Rise, Gympie aims to deliver exceptional service and outstanding results while putting people before property in everything they do,” it said.

Walker and Seth said they intended to establish a people-first business centred on relationships before transactions, as well as to re-engage with the community and re-establish quality over quantity.

"We chose Century 21 as it aligns with our values; it’s about people, trust, and community. Plus, the systems and support allow us to focus on clients,” they said.
