A strategic merger has seen an office in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs come under the Jellis Craig banner, with an REB top agent at the helm.
Jellis Craig has announced McGrath Box Hill has joined the network, following a strategic merger in the group’s bid for expansion across Melbourne.
The office has become part of Jellis Craig’s Whitehorse hub, led by director and licensed estate agent Ripple Wu.
Jellis Craig said Wu and her team brought a solid portfolio of properties to the network, and will continue to deliver a high level of service, backed by the scale and resources of the brand.
Wu has been recognised for her sales performance, client service and market leadership with multiple industry accolades, including REB Top 50 Agents in 2025 and 2026.

According to Jellis Craig Whitehorse director, Daniel Bullen, the merger reinforced the group’s long-term commitment to Melbourne’s eastern growth corridor.
