Independent agency Cunninghams has bolstered its presence across Belrose and the Forest districts in Sydney’s north, following the appointment of an experienced sales agent.
Cunninghams has announced the appointment of a new sales agent, seeking to leverage experience and local knowledge to strengthen its office in Sydney’s Forest district.
The office will be joined by Northern Beaches local Claudia Macdonald, whose career spans advertising, marketing, and real estate sales.
The agency said Macdonald’s experience had given her an understanding of the entire sales process, from campaign strategy through to negotiation and settlement.
Macdonald said that joining Cunninghams will allow her to leverage her local knowledge, having grown up in the area, while benefiting from the support of an established agency in the Northern Beaches.
“Selling a home is a significant decision, and I want every client to feel informed, supported and confident throughout the process,” Macdonald said.
She said that her approach centred on open communication and creating considered and tailored marketing strategies for each property and client.
Cunninghams’ managing director, John Cunningham, said the appointment of Macdonald reflected the agency’s commitment to growth through a balance of experience and aligned values.
“Claudia brings an impressive mix of sales experience, market knowledge and genuine local understanding,” Cunningham said.
“She shares our belief that exceptional real estate service is built on honest advice, clear communication and doing the right thing by clients.”
The move comes as the agency continues to solidify its presence in the Northern Beaches, having recently returned home to launch a Dee Why office.
When opening the office, Cunningham said that real estate was about more than just property, with the business built on relationships.
“It’s about people, families, and communities.”
