LJ Hooker has bolstered its presence in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and Forest markets by adding a leading agent to the network.

Nima Aliasgary has joined the recently rebranded Alliance Group offices as sales director, working alongside principals Kathleen Fairweather and Michael Ferguson.

Having previously played international football for Iran, Aliasgary relocated to Sydney, where he opened a pizza franchise, before eventually selling up to pursue a real estate career.

As a new agent, Aliasgary was encouraged by his late mentor Brian Fairweather to organise four appraisals a week, but he quickly eclipsed that mark.

He went on to establish himself as a leading agent in the Forest and Northern Beaches markets, achieving the first $4 million sale in the Forest area.

Aliasgary said that having played in front of thousands of fans, he had never found client meetings stressful, and often drew on his experience in elite sport.

“Coming from the Middle East, negotiation has also always been a part of life. I am constantly on the go, and my job is signing and selling.”

“I never wanted to lock myself behind a computer, but I am excited by the new opportunities that come with joining the LJ Hooker network,” Aliasgary said.

Aliasgary said that the rebrand was about more than just a name change, bringing new energy to the offices while supporting the group's expansion plans.

“It is about aligning ourselves with a network that offers the innovation, support and progressive thinking we need to grow.”

“I love the brand, the colours and the opportunities that come with transitioning to such a high-profile and trusted network,” he said.

LJ Hooker general manager Stephan Gervois said Aliasgary's ambition and commitment to clients made him the ideal addition to strengthen the network’s position in the Northern Beaches.

“His decision to join our network reflects the strength of the opportunity we offer high-performing agents who want to grow their businesses while retaining the relationships, reputation and personal approach that have driven their success.

“Nima’s move is a strong example of an established performer recognising the potential to achieve even more with the right network behind him,” Gervois said.
