An agent specialising in the Brisbane apartment market is set to further Aurora’s growth in the lead-up to the Olympics, following her appointment at the agency.
Aurora Property Brisbane has appointed sales agent Hayley Jane to its team, bringing a decade of unit market experience and connections across Kangaroo Point, Woolloongabba, and the Inner South.
Jane began her career in operations at Place Estate Agents, before eventually starting in sales and later being named the network’s Top New Talent in her first selling year.
She later moved to Ray White Collective, spending more than four years building her apartment expertise, before returning to Place Estate Agents in Woolloongabba.
Aurora Property Brisbane’s partner and director of sales for Queensland, Charles Higgins, said Jane, having established relationships with developers in the area, would bolster the agency's presence.
“Hayley is known for her results and integrity in equal measure and will be a brilliant representative of Aurora Property in these changing markets,” he said.
According to Higgins, Jane’s negotiation skills were particularly respected by clients, and her service style aligned with the agency’s own methods.
“In the uncertainty that followed the Federal Budget, Hayley continued to achieve results above pre-Budget levels, while comparable stock in the same towers was selling for 5–10 per cent less,” he said.
Jane said New Farm had been bolstered by the evolution of a lifestyle precinct in recent years, while major developments in Kangaroo Point would bring fresh amenities, dining, retail and residential living to the area.
According to Jane, the agency was well-equipped to handle the emerging premium market across the region, and she was prepared to leverage its branding and agent support in her new role.
“I’m excited by … how I’ll be able to harness this as Kangaroo Point and Woolloongabba move into a new phase of premium development,” she said.
She also said the office provided a pathway for agents to build a bigger personal business by turning property management referrals into a long-term ownership stake and saleable asset.
“Charles is providing strong leadership across Aurora Property Brisbane as a non-selling principal who’s focused on the growth of the agency’s sales specialists.”
