Sydney agency merger brings veteran agent into executive sales role 

Pilcher has operated his business in Annandale for more than two decades, after initially founding the agency in 2012 alongside his wife, Terri.

Servicing Annandale, Lilyfield, Leichhardt, Petersham and Summer Hill, he received recognition as Australia's most accurate agent and was Annandale’s leading sales agent every year since 2005, according to Adrian William.

Additionally, the agency said Pilcher Residential was the third independent Inner West office to join the agency in the past 18 months, as part of its strategy to merge with local operators.

Pilcher said he was drawn to the network as he had wanted to find a team that matched the values on which he had grown his business.

He said that Adrian William was a fast-growing, dynamic team that operated with professionalism and integrity.

"Growth requires evolution, and I'm thrilled this next chapter is with them,” he said.

In his new role, Pilcher will continue to service Annandale while shaping sales strategy across the wider business, with his rent roll combining with Adrian William's portfolio.

Additionally, he will take on a mentoring role within the wider team.

According to Adrian William principal, Adrian Tsavalas, the merger marked a standout moment in moments in the agency’s growth.
