The network has continued to strengthen its presence in Sydney’s north-west property market by adding a leading local agent.

Belle Property Epping has announced the addition of Dylan Choe to bolster its recently launched office supporting Sydney’s north-west market.

With more than a decade of experience in sales and off-the-plan projects, Choe brings an understanding of the local market and its clients to the network.

Choe said Belle Property’s reach and team support were pivotal in his decision to align with the network.

“After more than 13 years in real estate, I felt the time was right to take the next step in my career,” Choe said.

“The backing of the Belle Property Parramatta, Carlingford, Beecroft and Epping team gives me the opportunity to build on what I’ve already achieved and take my business to the next level, while continuing to deliver an even higher level of service to my clients.”

He said his connection to the area extended beyond the professional, living locally and developing a genuine understanding of the community and the lifestyle that attracts buyers to the region.

Belle Property principal Chris Sahyoun said Choe’s appointment was a strategic addition to the network, bolstering its presence across Epping, Eastwood and Ermington.

“Dylan has built a very strong reputation in the local market and brings the experience, relationships and professionalism that we look for in our team,” Sahyoun said.

Principal Thomas Perram said Choe would further strengthen the group's ability to serve clients across the region.

“We’re focused on building a business with genuinely strong local expertise, and Dylan adds another level of experience and knowledge to the team,” Perram said.

“His client relationships and understanding of the market will be a significant asset as we continue to grow across Epping and the surrounding suburbs.”

Additionally, Choe said being bilingual and speaking Korean provided an extra point of connection with clients in the region’s diverse community.

“Being fluent in both Korean and English is a real asset in this market.”

“Being able to communicate with clients in their preferred language helps build trust and allows me to understand their needs more closely,” Choe said.
