Belle Property Samford has entered a new era, with the network’s top sales agent and one of the nation's best taking the lead of an office just outside of Brisbane.

Belle Property has announced that its top agent, Georgie Haug, has taken the reins of an office in Queensland’s Moreton Bay region.

Haug has taken over the leadership of the network’s Samford Village office, north-west of Brisbane.

Haug brings more than two decades of industry experience and a strong understanding of the region's property market to her leadership position,

In addition to her extensive experience, Haug has featured in REB’s Top 100 Agents, as well as being named Belle Property’s No. 1 Sales Agent (GCI) for three consecutive years.

Haug said the new office site, just around the corner from the previous one, would give the team space to build on its foundations and continue focusing on relationships.

“The new office is an exciting step for the business and gives us a great space to continue doing what we do best while bringing new energy and ideas to the way we work,” Haug said.

“Samford is a very special place, and I’m incredibly proud of the relationships we’ve built here.”

The network said the Samford Valley continues to attract buyers looking for a lifestyle change while staying close to Brisbane.

Belle Property Queensland head of state David Holmes said Haug’s established reputation and connection to the area, along with a deep understanding of the acreage and lifestyle market, put the office in a strong position to serve buyers in the Samford Valley.

“Her results speak for themselves, but it is her relationships and commitment to her clients that have made her such a respected agent in the region.”

“The new office provides an exciting platform for Georgie to build on that success, supported by the strength and resources of the Belle Property network,” Holmes said.

The move comes amid a period of rapid expansion for the network, having recently launched a new office in Echuca Moama and appointed a leading local agent in Sydney’s north-west.
