A new Century 21 office will service Brisbane’s northern corridor, headed by a business leader aiming to combine local service with the network’s global reach.
Century 21 has announced the launch of C21 Aspire Group to service the North Brisbane property market, led by selling principal Gary Gaurav, who recently joined the network.
Bringing nine years of experience and strong knowledge of the area, Century 21 said Gaurav’s experience spanned family homes, prestige properties, investments and development opportunities.
In the role, he will draw on his background in IT, business ownership and property, bringing a practical, strategic and people-first approach to real estate.
The C21 Aspire Group consists of sales, property management and support professionals, with offices in Albany Creek, North Lakes, Narangba, and Fitzgibbon.
Century 21 said the team brought together energetic local agents with senior professionals, with 25 to 35+ years of industry experience.
Gaurav said he intended to combine local knowledge, technology, and personalised service with the international network, creating global connections while continuing to deliver outcomes for local sellers.
He said property wasn’t just a numbers game, as people, families, stories and aspirations stood behind every home.
“Our job is not to chase listings or transactions; it is to understand what truly matters to people and find a way to create more value than they expected,” he said.
“Build people, earn trust, deliver results, and the business will build itself.”
Gaurav said the transition had been positive so far, with the network providing support and taking time to understand the team’s people and vision for the business.
“There is a genuine sense of partnership rather than simply joining a franchise,” he said.
“The support, energy and flexibility we've experienced so far have given our team even greater confidence and excitement about what we can build together."
According to Century 21 Australia head of growth, Ian Carter, Gaurav and his team will be an asset to the business.
"Gary's ambition is aligned with ours at C21 Australia, which is to unite Century 21's global footprint of 82 countries and territories to benefit our local communities throughout the property journey,” he said.
