Ray White Paddington and Ashgrove principal George Hadgelias said the mixture of homes and apartments for sale attracted a wide range of potential purchasers including investors and people looking to upgrade.

"Buyers battled hard to purchase this outstanding family home in a fantastic location in Hamilton," Mr Hadgelias said.

"There were five registered bidders and the property sold under the hammer to a local family."

Ray White corporate auctioneer Philip Parker, and the Principal of Ray White New Farm, Haesley Cush co-conducted the event.
