Metro Property Management director Leah Calnan has been named Victoria's residential property manager of the year for 2010 by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
The 17th annual REIV Awards which took place in October, rewarded members of the institute who exceled in the areas of service and ethics, and who achieved outstanding results in their field.
Ms Calnan took out the award off the back of 17 years' property management experience in Melbourne.
With a record number of entries for the award, Ms Calnan said she was extremely pleased with the result.
"I just can't believe it, I was up against some tough competition and to win was such an honour and really a fantastic reward for all the hard work my team and I put into our business," she said.
