A Ray White-style family real estate dynasty is emerging on the NSW central coast, with new principal Lachlan Macdonald heading the new Ray White Terrigal franchise.

Twenty year old Mr Macdonald follows in the steps of his parents and grandparents, who own Ray White Point Clare as well as the Terrigal office.

Father and co-principal Andrew Macdonald said it was no surprise that Lachlan ultimately headed into the real estate industry.

“Lachlan was the Central Coast Novice Auctioneer of the Year last year and has really excelled in many aspects of the real estate industry.”

Ray White NSW chief executive officer Stephen Nell said the Macdonald family were outstanding ambassadors for the Ray White brand.

“Ray White is one of Australia’s best known family companies and the Macdonald’s story is now having synergies with the Ray White traditions,” Mr Nell said.

“Terrigal is an enviable beachfront location and has traditionally had a solid property market,” he said.
