Queensland real estate firm Place has announced it will partner with estate agent Bruce Goddard to launch a project marketing business that targets developments in and around the south east corner.

The new venture, to be known as Place Projects, will be jointly owned Bruce Goddard Damian Hackett, Paul Curtain, Sarah Bushell and Judy Goodger.

Place director Damian Hackett said Place Projects would seek to leverage the firm's highly-regarded brand, its network of 12 offices and more than 150 agents and a centralised database of over 40,000 local, national and international buyers.

"After being named the REIQ Agency of the Year for the past three years Place is now one of the most recognised and respected names in Queensland residential property... the opportunity to team up with Bruce to offer a dedicated project marketing service is one we could not pass up," Mr Hackett said.

He said the new business would provide developers with unparalleled access to a huge range of buyers via the Place network.

"The key to getting results is having your development seen by as many potential buyers as possible. At Place our salespeople are talking to more than 2,000 qualified leads each week while our marketing systems are more sophisticated than any other agency in Australia," he said.
