The NSW suburb of Bowral has emerged as a town to watch in 2011.
Last month, two properties located in the sleepy Southern Highland suburb managed to tip the $3 million mark at auction.
Raine & Horne Bowral principal Matthew Anstee said these results are a testament to the area and is a good sign for the year ahead.
"The market has been hot for six to twelve months, and some recent good sales are continuing this trend," said Mr Anstee.
