The company’s newest recruit, business support and development manager Peter Arscott, will oversee the growth plans.

Mr Arscott, who has more than 25 years business experience and is the current proprietor of Raine & Horne Canning Vale, in Perth's southern suburbs, commenced his new role on 22 March 2011.

"Peter was the outstanding candidate during the selection process, and as an existing member of the Raine & Horne network, his appointment will provide the perfect link for the business following the departure of Mark Sinclair," Raine & Horne chief executive Angus Raine said.

Apart from a focus on business development, Mr Arscott will also mentor, coach and motivate existing offices, while assisting in all facets of Raine & Horne's WA operations.

"Peter will also help Raine & Horne maintain its commitment to provide our WA franchisees with full access to our extensive marketing, training, branding and IT systems," Mr Raine said.
