The Victorian housing market continues to go from strength to strength, with Harcourts achieving a record number of property sales and listings in March.

Last monthy, the Harcourts sales team recorded 752 new property listings and over $166 million worth of sales – up almost 20 per cent over the past 12 months.

Harcourts Victoria chief executive Brent Pullar said the March results show momentum is building in the property market.

“There’s no denying that there is a degree of uncertainty in the property market, but regardless, we’ve managed to have one of our best months on record,” Mr Pullar said.
