New South Wales buyers and investors will have the property market in the palm of their hand with the release of a new iPhone application.

Leading real estate group Laing+Simmons has released a new iApp that enables customers to search for sale or rental properties anywhere in New South Wales.

In addition, users will be able to access full property details, take virtual tours, research inspection times, take photos, add their own notes, rate properties and create a favourites list for easy retrieval.

Laing+Simmons general manager Leanne Pilkington said the App will be introduced to meet the evolving needs of customers and represents a significant investment for the company.

“It places the search for properties, be they for sale or lease, in the palm of the customer’s hand,” Ms Pilkington said.

“In times like these when people are time poor and it’s a struggle to achieve a work-life balance, ensuring your customers can access services in ways convenient for them is a necessity.”
