Those looking for a property bargain should look no further than Port Douglas, according to Raine & Horne.
Raine & Horne Mossman principals Travis Schumacher and David Cotton wanted to expand their franchise into another area that would offer Australians good buying opportunities.
“Our Mossman office has been performing well, but there was an opportunity to extend our service and offer something new to buyers in the Port Douglas market,” Mr Schumacher said.
“This led to us launching the new Raine & Horne Port Douglas, and with our fantastic salespeople we are confident the Raine & Horne brand will secure a greater market share in this region.”
According to Mr Schumacher, there are some really good opportunities available right now in the region, with properties ranging between $250,000 and $400,000.
