Raine & Horne is set to bolster its position in the Australian real estate market with plans to roll out 80 new branches nationwide.

Speaking to Real Estate Business, Raine & Horne chief executive Angus Raine said aggressive growth plans are in the pipeline as the group looks to boost brand recognition through the acquisition and establishment of 80 new offices.

“We are really looking to take it to our competitors over the next three years, with a strong emphasis on acquiring rival networks,” Mr Raine said.

“In NSW we have saturated the market with the Raine & Horne brand and now we will look to gain greater market share across several other states.”

With the property market relatively flat, Mr Raine said there are plenty of opportunities to expand and grow the Raine & Horne brand.

“History tells us that in the past rebranding and growth can be more effective in a flat market, and with early signs of recovery beginning to emerge now is certainly the time to act.

“We are debt free and looking for opportunities,” he said.

Real estate principals and agents that join the Raine & Horne brand will benefit, Mr Raine said, with comprehensive training sessions and greater business opportunities.

“Raine & Horne training is second to none; we have a comprehensive training calendar that covers all facets of real estate agency.

“We will be running a series of career recruitment nights and an aggressive marketing campaign solely aimed at driving business to our offices.”
