A three bedroom unit in Red Hill, Brisbane, has recorded the highest price achieved for an apartment within the suburb over the past three years.

The apartment, which comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two car parks, sold for $640,000.

Sissons Estate Agents principal Peter Sissons said strong inquiries and multiple offers lead to the sale of the property in less than one month on the market.

“This is an impressive achievement in today's market, the property has now set a new benchmark for units in Red Hill,” Mr Sissons said.
