The Housing Industry Association believes the NSW government should do more to solve the state’s housing supply issue.

Speaking to Real Estate Business, HIA ‘s chief executive Graham Wolfe said housing affordability in the state would significantly improve if the government stepped in.

“The NSW state government has a lot of work to do in freeing up land, freeing up the planning process and facilitating the delivery of the land so that builders can get on their and start constructing the homes that NSW so desperately needs.”
