Harcourts boosts property management arm

“I believe that property management should be an integral part of any real estate business and I’m really looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that are ahead,” Mrs Gordon said.

“Ultimately, I hope to get all of the Harcourts Victoria offices onto the property management program and for the team to recognise the real value of having a strong and successful property management business. I also aim to train and develop our teams in order to help them grow their rent rolls,” Mrs Gordon continued.

With over 22 years of experience,  Mrs Gordon will offer support to all Harcourts offices on the property management program, and will work with them to grow their rent rolls and to develop their property management business.

The importance of property management in the real estate agent space has been reaffirmed by Harcourts Victoria, following the appointment of Emma Gordon in the role of property management operations manager.
