Harcourts real estate group is advertising for a new leader in NSW after its current CEO Chris Stephandellis relinquished the role “to pursue his other business and lifestyle interests.”

“This role will focus on driving internal growth through the development of Harcourts’ existing business by coaching and mentoring our business owners as well as the recruitment of new talent and offices within New South Wales,” Bryan Thomson, Harcourts head of real estate operations, said.

He said the role would suit “a talented real estate professional.”

“This role is a career-defining opportunity for someone with a significant track record of success within the real estate industry."

“We are offering an attractive remuneration package, including significant incentives and potential future equity, to ensure proven talent is attracted to this senior position,” Mr Thomson continued.

The company has more than 800 offices across 10 countries transacting sales in excess of $20 billion annually.

Applications for the position close on 8 August.
