LJ Hooker launches spring campaign

LJ Hooker has commenced a two month campaign that aims to bolster interest in the spring property market.

“The proportion of households who consider now a good time to buy a property has risen to its highest level since the start of 2010,” L. Janusz Hooker, CEO of LJ Hooker, said.

“We want to help Australians make the most of the spring property market – whether buying, selling or investing.”

The company said its campaign, entitled ‘Make The Most of It’, is designed to help sellers get the right buyer at the right price, and assist buyers in finding the right property whether it’s a first home, upgrading or finding a profitable investment property.

L. Janusz Hooker, CEO of LJ Hooker, said that with the uncertainty in the stock market and stable interest rates and improving affordability, many Australians are taking a close look at property as an investment.

The company said that Australians continue to renovate to improve their property value. As part of this, it is offering a total of $10,000 for home improvements to customers who share their ideas on how to increase a property’s value via registering their tip on the www.ljhooker.com.au website.
