LJ Hooker has launched a new “contemporary brand identity” and ramped up its digital presence as it seeks to bolster its engagement with customers.

“The refreshed brand will be rolled out across the LJ Hooker network via various initiatives over the coming months but begins…with the company’s new online presence including the corporate website,” LJ Hooker CEO, L. Janusz Hooker, said.

“LJ Hooker is one of Australia’s best known real estate companies and our new innovative online platform and revitalised brand identity are more in sync with the way Australians interacts with real estate in 2011."

The new online presence is now live for 550 of the network’s residential, commercial and finance franchise offices across Australia.

“Times have changed; our customers are interacting with us on a different level – especially online via the LJ Hooker iPad and mobile app, myLJHooker and social media,” Mr Hooker said.

“ljhooker.com.au today interacts with over 400,000 unique visitors a month.

“We want to take it to the next level as we provide tools and information for customers to interact with their local real estate expert via the new LJ Hooker local office websites – including Facebook and Twitter.

“For the first time myLJHooker, our free property information site, is integrated with local LJ Hooker office websites. Australians interested in property, who sign up to myLJHooker, will receive exclusive member offers and discounts both nationally and locally.”

Some of the current partners include Amber Tiles, Tradelink, Kennards Hire, Kennards Storage and Oz Design Furniture.

“These initiatives form part of the transformation undertaken by LJ Hooker over the past two years,” Mr Hooker continued.

“Technology is part of our daily lives and there is a deluge of information on property on the internet – we want Australians to know they can come to LJ Hooker for expert property advice as well as interact with us locally via ljhooker.com.au.”

LJ Hooker's brand update comes not long after fellow real estate groups Raine & Horne and Victoria-based Stockdale & Leggo refreshed the appearance of their respective brands.
