Real Estate Business, along with its sister publications Smart Property Investment and The Adviser, has helped secure Momentum Media (Momentum) a position in this year’s prestigious BRW Fast 100.
Momentum, parent company of Sterling Publishing, the publisher of Real Estate Business, demonstrated outstanding year-on-year growth of 58 per cent over a three year period to the 2010/ 2011 financial year, securing a 59th ranking.
Launched in 2005 by Alex Whitlock and Phillip Tarrant, Momentum was established to deliver marketing and communications services to mortgage and real estate industries.
In April 2007 Momentum launched its publishing arm Sterling Publishing and its flagship product The Adviser, followed by Real Estate Business in 2009 – the first industry title dedicated to delivering online news to the real estate industry. The monthly print magazine was launched in May 2011.
