Peard Real Estate Group, an independent Perth-based agency with eight offices, said recently that it aims to add 50 “highly motivated people” in 2012 as it continues with its expansion plans.
“As a company, we have recruited people who have had not had any experience in real estate and are now earning over $400,000 per annum because they are highly motivated and want to work in the corporate structure which Peard has developed over the past 12 years,” said Peter Peard, CEO of The Peard Real Estate Group.
“The combination of creating highly motivated staff and providing them with the support and systems to perform to the best ability, has enabled Peard to grow into one of the largest independent real estate groups in Perth with an annual turnover of over $1 billion.
“In addition, Peard also manages properties on behalf of clients which are collectively valued at over $1 billion.”
Mr Peard said the company added 67 employees across its sales, property management and administration departments in the past 18 months.
Peard & Associates in Hillarys won the top REIWA office of the year award for 2011 with an annual sales turnover of more than $330 million.
