McGrath Estate Agents is set to open its forty-third office, just months after the company bolstered its presence in the nation’s capital.

In November of last year McGrath Estate Agents announced plans to open two new franchise offices in the ACT, and chief executive, John McGrath, said the new offices would be opened as part of a carefully considered and strategic roll-out of several new franchises in the Territory.

The next office in the McGrath Estate Agents network will be opened in the Sydney northern beaches suburb of Frenchs Forest on February 17.

“We entered the northern beaches market in 2003 with the opening of Manly and have steadily increased our presence to the point where we could see a real need to establish an office in the Frenchs Forest area,” said Mr McGrath.

McGrath Estate Agents purchased long standing northern beaches office W.E. Jamieson Real Esatate.

“With the acquisition of W E Jamieson, which has been a fixture in Frenchs Forest for more than 40 years, we have an amazing team, combining McGrath expertise in marketing, technology and sales with Jamieson’s long history and local knowledge.”

For McGrath franchisee Peter Mumford, it is his third McGrath office on the northern beaches, extending his territory beyond Manly and Seaforth.

“This is a great opportunity to consolidate our presence in an area where we have established a solid reputation for sales and service. Our local networks are strong as are our sales results,” he said.

In August of last year McGrath also boosted their presence in the Illawara region of NSW, with the opening of a new office in Thirroul, near Wollongong.

McGrath Estate Agents currently has 43 offices located throughout NSW, South East Queensland and the ACT.
