Two real estate professionals with experience in performing in the tough US and UK markets will speak at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s next Principal Licensee Luncheon.

Mr Goddard is due to give an update on the US property market, which has experienced some of its bleakest conditions on record since the GFC hit in 2008.

Also appearing at the luncheon is UK-based Richard Rawlings, whose focus on is on “radical” real estate techniques and "innovative property marketing methods," according to the REIQ.

“The UK property market has had a very rough ride in the past few years, with volumes having halved since the peak of 2007,” he said.

“Yet some of my more progressive estate agency clients are experiencing record sales levels whilst delighting their own clients. I’m going to share some of their secrets during my Australian tour which I hope will provide Queensland real estate agents with some of the tools they might need."

The REIQ Principal Licensee Luncheon is on Friday 16 March at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
