Starr Partners has opened two new offices in response to growing demand for property in Greater Western Sydney.
The two offices to open are a commercial real estate office in Rouse Hill, and a residential real estate office in Cabramatta.
“There are healthy levels of investment in the area,” said Leon Burford, director of Starr Partners Commercial in Rouse Hill.
“With easy access to major arterial roads for distribution and great transport links for staff, Greater Western Sydney has become a sought-after location for businesses looking to move or establish themselves.”
The Cabramatta office will service residential buyers, sellers and investors.
“I’m looking forward to providing an outstanding service to the people of Cabramatta and surrounding areas such as Cabramatta West, Lansvale, Canley Heights, Bonnyrigg, St Johns Park and Wakeley,” said Huy Tran, director of Starr Partners Cabramatta.
The opening of the new offices comes not long after Sydney’s West was identified as a likely investor hotspot, in a report by Real Estate Business’ sister publication, Smart Property Investor.
