RE/MAX WA has continued to expand, opening a new office in the Perth suburb of Scarborough.

“We are happy to announce that we have signed a new franchise agreement with long standing Scarborough agent, Tom O’Rourke who will now operate at RE/MAX Sunset Coast from his prominent office on Scarborough Beach Road opposite Observation City Hotel,” RE/MAX WA business development manager, Yvonne Summerfield, said.
The new office comes not long after RE/MAX WA opened new shop fronts in Mandurah, Cannington and Bicton.
RE/MAX WA has grown to 14 offices since late 2009 with several more in the pipeline to open in 2012.
Mr O’Rourke had operated Sunset Coast Real Estate since 2003 as an independent.
