Mr Forde was formerly a business development executive and group auctioneer for Ray White in Adelaide.

Harcourts, the country's third largest real estate franchise group, said Mr Forde's previous roles included a focus on organisational and strategic development, project management, team development, and leadership.

He has also served on a number of real estate industry committees and boards.

In his role with Harcourts New South Wales, Mr Forde will be responsible for driving internal growth through the development of the group’s existing business by coaching and mentoring its business owners as well as recruiting new talent and offices within the state.

“Rob has enjoyed a highly successful real estate career to date and comes to Harcourts with an enviable reputation as one of the industry's finest," said Bryan Thomson, head of real estate operations for Harcourts Australasia.

“I’m confident that Rob’s involvement will lead to truly outstanding growth and success for the Harcourts group in New South Wales.”
