Harcourts NSW and WA have announced a number of new office openings, continuing an expansion push by the country's third largest real estate franchise group.

Harcourts WA recently opened two new sales offices, and has announced that father and son team, John and Kendall Ranieri, will take over as the business owners for Harcourts Bridgetown, in south west WA.

Current business owners of Harcourts Bridgetown, John and Beth Evans, recently settled the sale of their office and will be returning to the field as sales people, the company said.

Stuart Cox, chief executive officer of Harcourts WA, also announced the launch of Harcourts Vogue in the southern Perth suburb of Success earlier this month. Business owners Tom Carlin and fiancée, Amy Wallis will head up Harcourts Western Australia’s newest business.

Harcourts has also launched another new office, Harcourts Regal Gateway located in the heart of Atwell, adjacent to Success. Joint business owner, Samantha Francis joined Harcourts in 2009 as a sales consultant, while husband, Bernie has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for Harcourts WA at the moment with several new offices and business owners joining our group," Mr Cox said. "The state’s property market has certainly turned a corner so I’m sure we’ll see our group grow even bigger over the coming months.”

In NSW, former banking and finance specialist Milorad Arcaba opening the franchise group's new Liverpool office, located in Sydney's south west.

The group, which recently appointed Rob Forde as its new NSW CEO, said Mr Arcaba had been involved indirectly with the real estate industry for the past 10 years, having worked in banking, finance and conveyancing for most of his career, and is a local of the Liverpool area.

“I’ve lived in the local Liverpool area for the past 15 years and know the current market very well," Mr Arcaba said.

Mr Arcaba said that he made the decision to join the Harcourts group - which when including the regional-focused Harcourts Landmark brand gives it more than 75 offices in NSW - based partly on the group's "great reputation".

Mr Arcaba and the Harcourts Liverpool team have set themselves some "ambitious" short- and long-term goals.

“Our goals for 2012 are simply to establish the office properly and employ a team of talented real estate professionals," he said.

“In the long term, our aim is to extend the business and establish a really strong real estate team. We would also like to develop a strong rent roll and would love to open one or two more offices further down the track,” Mr Arcaba added.
