This included Agency of the Year, with individual awards being presented to Renee Reynolds for Property Manager of the Year, and Administration Person of the Year going to Amanda Abbott.

The company, which has eight staff and services residential, retail, commercial and industrial managements through the Geelong, Surfcoast and inner Melbourne regions, also secured the innovation award.

“The agency’s wonderful overall performance is the result of a lot of hard work, continuous development and unremitting desire to be the best in our field,” said Ms Reynolds, principal and director of Release Property Management.

The award wins follow the success enjoyed by the company’s leasing agent Charlotte Kuebler, who secured the 2011 REIV Corporate Support Person of the Year and Victorian Finalist Achievement Award, and was a finalist at the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) awards held in Darwin earlier this year.
