Western Australia-based group Realmark has opened a new office in the northern Perth suburb of Duncraig, acquiring a local independent operation.

Local agent and auctioneer, Jeanette Bates, will partner in the new office with the Hughes Group - Sean and Jenny Hughes – who already own Realmark offices in Scarborough and North Beach.

Realmark managing director John Percudani said he was delighted to see the group solidify and further consolidate its presence in Perth’s growing northern corridor with the acquisition and rebranding of the Davey Real Estate office in Duncraig.

Ms Bates said joining with Realmark’s Hughes team and John Percudani was an opportunity she couldn’t refuse.

“They are an incredibly welcoming, professional, progressive and innovative group and it’s really exciting to be joining them,” Ms Bates said.

“For me, it’s all about stepping up and into the new age of real estate after 16 years as a realtor and auctioneer here in Duncraig.”

Sean Hughes, who ranked 20th in the Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents ranking, said he’s excited by the potential of the Duncraig area.

“There’s a high turnover of houses in this area because it sits in a price belt that is quite affordable and provides families with decent size homes on good size blocks,” Mr Hughes said.

“We’re also really rapt to add Jeanette to our list of talented auctioneers on offer in Perth’s north,” he added.

The Duncraig office will offer the full suite of residential sales and property management services.
