Harcourts, fresh from opening a new head office in Qld, will launch a ‘concierge’ service that aims to build longer-term relationships with clients.
“As a group, we came to the realisation that we needed to continue to improve our approach to the delivery of the client experience,” said Harcourts head of specialist divisions, Julianna Forsyth.
“We needed a platform to ensure that we offered our Harcourts clients the services they need before, during and after they moved house in a consistent, easy and effective manner.
“After listening to our clients, Harcourts Concierge was developed and will launch in Australia in October,” Ms Forsyth said.
The company said Harcourts Concierge will give potential clients, vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants access to a range of professional services and all the information they need to make an informed real estate decision.
“But Harcourts Concierge is much more than just providing services; it is about having a conversation with potential clients and providing the information that they want and need,” Ms Forsyth said.
“The Concierge website is user friendly and will guide the client through every aspect of their real estate transaction.
“Users will have the ability to search for agents and properties, download Harcourts’ Blue Book, subscribe to newsletters and ask for appraisals on property,” Ms Forsyth said.
Once launched, the Harcourts Concierge team will contact clients, congratulate them on their recent property transaction, and introduce them to the Harcourts Concierge service.
The new service comes just a week after the group opened a new corporate support office in Brisbane, and appointed Jim Midgley as Harcourts Qld's new CEO.
Queensland premier Campbell Newman attended the event to officially open the new building located in the Trade Coast Central commercial precinct in Eagle Farm.
“We feel that the opening of our new support office reflects our commitment not only to our group and our Queensland team but also to Queensland itself, and it was an honour to have Premier Campbell Newman at the launch to officially open it,” said Mike Green, managing director of Harcourts International.
