Referrals flood in under major group's brand

Opening an office under a major group's brand is undoubtedly an advantage according to one experienced agent.

Just hours after signing up to open his own Ray White office in Rowville, Victoria referrals were flooding in according to Andrew Freeman, an agent with over 10 years of real estate experience.

“Within hours of my franchise agreement going live, referrals started coming through from both network offices and Google search results. This could not happen if I went independent,” he said.

“As a real estate ‘super group’ moving ahead with its tech advancements, the choice is either to lead or to follow and my decision was to go with the leader.

“Not only that, the family values that the White family carry are directly in line with mine.

“It is great to be back in this position and staying with Ray White was the best option,” he continued.

According to Mr Freeman the Rowville area, which is based just 30km south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, has enormous real estate potential.

“From young families, lifestyle properties, first home buyers, investors - it is such a diverse market,” said Andrew.

Ray White Chairman Brian White said Mr Freeman’s experience and reputation meant his natural progression would be to move into a role as a director and auctioneer within his own office.

“Andrew Freeman is a key member of the Victorian franchisor team and it’s great to see he has committed to re-open Ray White in Rowville,” he said.

“This continues a trend that has benefited the group massively over the years - inviting first class sales people to gain experience in our corporate team before planning to open their own business.
