CENTURY 21, which operates 3,000 offices in Australasia, has opened its first office in Western Australia dedicated to commercial real estate.

CENTURY 21 Centex Commercial in Perth will be led by founding director Rick Bantleman, who according to CENTURY 21 has 30 years’ domestic and international commercial real estate experience.

“While CENTURY 21 previously offered joint commercial and residential property services in some of its offices around Australia, the network did not, until now, have a Western Australian office solely focused on servicing commercial property clients – with CENTURY 21 Centex Commercial now on board we can offer clients a very refined and specialised commercial package,” said CENTURY 21 Western Australia state manager, Katie Faiello.

“Rick is vastly experienced in the commercial sector, having formerly worked for large international real estate brands and as a chartered accountant and merchant banker – credentials that have finely tuned his aptitude for this type of work.”

Formerly Centex Commercial, the company now known as CENTURY 21 Centex Commercial was established in 2008 to meet the growing demands of the Western Australian commercial property market and to provide property investors with an alternative boutique agency.

Prior to joining the CENTURY 21 network, clients included major banks, government agencies, property trusts, Fortune 500 companies, private companies, international mining and industrial companies, and small property investors.

“Our team has always been about providing innovative, proactive and accountable solutions in a market where there is limited choice, yet increasing demand,” said Mr Bantleman. “Moving forward, we will retain this focus, but also increase our emphasis on harnessing development opportunities and finding new markets for existing and future clients.”

Mr Bantleman said his switch to CENTURY 21 was motivated by the brand’s global recognition, and having access to “effective and efficient business technologies”.
