“He brings a wealth of experience to RUN across both sales and property management, having worked with a number of real estate agencies over the past 25 years as well as managing his own award winning agency for 14 years,” Mr Farmer said.

Originally Mr Meadowcroft was the regional sales manager for McGrath Estate Agents across the upper and lower north shore of Sydney, and owned his own real estate business for 14 years.

“RUN manages over $10 billion of investment property across Australia of which nearly $1 billion sells each year through the normal course of business,” Mr Farmer said.

“With approximately 800 sales occurring each year through our rent roll, this is a significant opportunity for RUN and agents working within RUN to leverage and I am delighted to welcome David to the team.”

The news comes shortly after the ASX-listed company announced a referral arrangement with Mark Bouris' Yellow Brick Road.
