CENTURY 21 recently held its annual awards night in Sydney to acknowledge its top Australian achievers.

Often a battle of the states, New South Wales agents received six of the network’s top sales awards while Western Australian, South Australian and Victorian agents were also well represented in the major awards.

Chairman and owner of CENTURY 21 Australasia Charles Tarbey said the network’s annual awards were a fantastic way to recognise their top agents and offices.

“The awards are aimed at achievers of all levels and encourage those within CENTURY 21 to strive for excellence – something that is positive for both agents and consumers," he said.

Principal of WA-based office CENTURY 21 Team Brockhurst, Josh Brockhurst, was recognised as the real estate group’s Top Residential Principal for 2012.

He said receiving the award was one of the goals he set for himself when he joined the company.

“I’ve got a wonderful team of experienced professionals by my side and, without them, this would not likely have been possible," Mr Brockhurst said.

“The success and sales that my team and I have experienced are due, in part, to the fantastic referral system that exists within the CENTURY 21 network. Being a part of such a large network means that our local vendors have access to local, national and even global markets”

WA’s other winner was CENTURY 21 Coast Realty Mandurah, which won the Top Residential Sales Office for 2012 award.
