The Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP) group has secured an award-winning businessman to be the first speaker at the upcoming networking event.
Adrian McFedries, managing director of Jetts Group, owner of nationwide 24-hour gym Jetts, will address a crowd of more than 100 young real estate professionals later this week. Mr McFedries' company, Jetts Gyms, was announced in BRW’s 2012 Fast Franchises and is now looking to expand internationally, taking its low-cost, easy-access club concept to towns and cities across the world.
According to YREP co-organiser Rob Forde, CEO of Harcourts Corporate NSW, Mr McFedries is a perfect speaker for the first YREP event.
“After reading about Adrian in BRW's Fast Franchises we knew he would be perfect for this event,” Mr Forde told Real Estate Business, the event's media partner.
“Adrian is at the peak of his career, Jetts Group are experiencing huge business growth right now, so it will be a big drawcard to hear him speak.
“I think this will be a great opportunity for the YREP network to hear from outside the industry and learn from someone who might challenge their thinking in a business sense.”
The first YREP networking event will take place this Thursday 13 June at Verandah Bar and Restaurant in Sydney’s CBD. Complimentary drinks and canapés will be served.
The networking group is open to all property managers and agents in NSW.
