Starr Partners opened its Bella Vista office last week, with the team of six agents headed by principal Gary Thind.

“I chose my team wisely. They have been trained rigorously to be flexible, accessible and knowledgeable, and I’m excited about what they can achieve,” he said.

“The market in Bella Vista, and all of Sydney’s north west, is arguably one of Sydney’s key growth areas.

“With new infrastructure such as the North West Link train line currently being built, we anticipate servicing significant demand in the coming months.”

Douglas Driscoll, CEO of Starr Partners said Mr Thind’s history as a business owner of a chain of stores across Sydney’s west means he has a strong reputation within the local community and a thorough understanding of small business issues in the area.

“Gary’s unsurpassed knowledge of the movement and trends within the north western suburbs property market gives him the perfect advantage over other agencies in the area," he said.

“Like all our principals, his superior marketing technique is second to none and will stand him, and his team, in good stead for the future. We’re thrilled to have this office as our latest addition to the Starr Partners family.”
